About This Service

DALEAM Technology supports schools with modern digital systems and structured growth support. Our school-focused services include custom software design, an existing multi-tenant school management system, and a professional outreach program aimed at helping quality schools grow.

Our School Services

  • School Development Apps & Custom Software Design: We design and develop custom digital solutions for schools based on their needs. This includes school websites, portals, school-branded systems, and customized management software tailored to the operations of the institution.
  • Multi-Tenant School Management System: We already have a powerful multi-tenant school management system designed especially for basic schools from Crèche to JHS level. It can manage multiple schools efficiently and can also be customized for individual schools that want their own version.
  • School System Assessment & Recommendation: Before delivering services, we assess whether the school already has a management system. If not, we recommend and implement our existing system or develop a custom solution for the school.
  • School Outreach Program: Our outreach program helps schools increase enrollment through structured community marketing. We move house to house, engage parents directly, explain the value of the school, distribute approved promotional materials, and generate quality leads for school admissions.
  • Implementation, Training & Support: We do not only deploy the system or campaign. We also provide onboarding, usage guidance, and practical support so the school can confidently use the digital tools and benefit from the outreach process.

Requirements Before We Render Outreach Service to a School

Before we qualify a school for our outreach program, we ensure that the school meets important standards. This helps us confidently recommend the school to parents and guardians.

  • The school must have at least one school bus.
  • The school must have a good and well-structured compound.
  • The school must have quality educational infrastructure, such as a strong classroom environment and other essential learning facilities.
  • The school must have qualified and quality teachers.
  • The school must be genuinely positioned to deliver quality education, so parents introduced to the school can trust its standards.
  • The school should be ready to adopt or improve a school management system where necessary.
  • The school must have a person with good communication skills and experience in education to support parent follow-up and conversion.
  • If the school does not currently have such a person, a dedicated person must be provided by the school manager, and DALEAM Technology will train that person.

Why These Requirements Matter

Our outreach team goes house to house to present schools to parents. Because of this, we only promote schools that demonstrate structure, seriousness, and the ability to provide quality education. This protects the confidence of parents and preserves the reputation of the outreach service.

What We Also Check

We also assess whether the school already has a system that manages student records, administration, and school processes. If the school does not have one, we recommend our existing school management system or provide a customized solution.

Outreach Delivery Model

  • Our team moves house to house to engage potential parents directly.
  • We explain the value of the school and present the school in a structured and professional way.
  • We distribute approved promotional materials such as flyers where necessary.
  • We collect quality parent/guardian leads for school follow-up.
  • We supervise daily field operations and support performance monitoring.

Minimum Campaign Target

Our outreach campaign is designed with a target of at least 150 student enrollment opportunities / admissions goal for the school, supported by proper school cooperation and timely follow-up.

Parent Reach Expectation

Each field agent is expected to reach at least 30 potential parents through valid direct engagement. These parent contacts are expected to become part of the school’s admissions follow-up process.

School Follow-Up Responsibility

The school must be ready to do follow-up calls based on each individual reach of at least 30 potential parents, with the aim of convincing them to enroll their wards.

This means the school must have a person with good communication and experience in education to handle parent conversion and admissions communication.

If the school does not have such a person, a dedicated person must be provided by the school manager, and DALEAM Technology will train that person to support the process.
